podcast-badgeThis week Eddie Pearson is joined by Gerry McDade, author of "Celtic - The Supersonic 70s."(Available from Amazon for only £6.99! ) Gerry takes Eddie on a trip back in time to the days of Harry Hood and Pans People. They start by discussing Gerry's work with Celtic TV before moving onto talking about whether Frank Cannon was better than Jim Rockford. They then discuss various events from that era such as the Atletico Madrid game and the constant doings that Dixie Deans inflicted upon Hibs. Gerry takes Eddie through the writing process and explains some of the thinking behind the structure and design of the book itself. They talk about some of the lesser known heroes of the era such as Stevie Murray and Peter Latchford as well as the usual suspects in the form of Jock Stein, Kenny Dalglish and Billy McNeill.
