GET YOUR VIEWS HEARD
As you will be aware, podcast guest James Kelly MSP has now published his bill to repeal the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications Act. The proposal has now been lodged and is being looked at by the Justice Committee of the Scottish Parliament. The Committee has issued a call for evidence, which is due to close on Friday 18th of August.

It is important that the genuine views of football fans are heard in this part of process and that the exercise is not hijacked by those operating to a political agenda. Please complete the form – There is no point whinging online and then staying silent when the relevant process is published. Whatever your views on the Act, let them be known.
