Listeners to the podcast will know that voting has now commenced for the Celtic Underground Top Ten for season 2015/16 and perhaps this is going to be the hardest season to vote for yet…hard because of the few number of outstanding candidates!
I think we all know who is going to be Number One and I already have an idea of who is going to be my nos 2 & 3 but thereafter? Well THAT is the nub of the problem. We normally have our own specialist panel of experts, so incorruptible that not even Sepp Blatter gets a say but that is all set to change. Despite the recent lessons of the election of Corbyn, Trump and the referendum votes illustrating that democracy is over-rated, this year we will extend the panel to include anyone who is capable of stringing a list of players together in an email and press send!
