What a day Saturday was.

To quote Michael Buffer, “the thousands in attendance and the millions watching around the world” saw history being made with the first Scottish team to win back to back trebles and only the third time in the world that a double treble has been achieved and all this has been done when Scottish football has been operating on a level playing field for the first time ever.  For the first time in decades we have all teams in Scotland competing based upon the income their successes generate on the field with no team artificially pumped up on illegal tax schemes.

Through a friend I was fortunate to have a great seat for Saturday’s festivities and post game I took my wee bhoy over to the expressway and watched the history makers on their open top bus tour.  With all the goals, trophy celebrations and post game festivities, this is the story of the day.
